Seeking audiobooks and Christian fiction in Spanish
At the Abilene PL in Texas we have a program in which anyone who is signed up for meals on wheels can also get books delivered. Most of our participants are senior citizens who want audiobooks and Christian fiction in Spanish. I have found a few suitable titles here and there but I was wondering if you could point me out to publishers that offer a good selection. Thanks for your help!

Dear Margie,
In the last couple of years, the Spanish-language audiobook industry has developed considerably and there are now several high-quality publishers to choose from. Here are some examples:
- FONOLIBRO: High-quality audiobooks of best sellers like The Da Vinci Code, Caballo de Troya, Don Quixote, A Message from Garcia, etc. You can search for reviews of their products in our database.
- YOYO: Offers a wide range of titles, some of them about Christian themes.
- Starting 2006, CARIBE-BETANIA (now known as Grupo Nelson) will begin publishing audiobooks in Spanish (see our news story). This may be your best bet if you’re looking for Christian titles, but you may have to wait a few months before your can order.
In terms of Christian fiction in Spanish, Vida Publishers, Caribe-Betania, and Casa Creación all publish translations of popular Christian novels. I hope this helps and good luck with your program.
